1. Genie Message Board
The active online forum is a great support option for Genie users. Subscribers are free to discuss all aspects of Genie in a friendly and supportive atmosphere. Click here to browse or subscribe to the forum.
2. Genie Manual
The Genie Manual is updated with every program release and is available online. You can easily access the online manual from within Genie via the "Special" menu. The online manual will always be the most definitive information source for Genie. PLEASE READ IT.
The most current version of the manual will be included with every CD update, and will be available from any user's computer by clicking on the following button when in the 'Appointments' view:
For those of you who like to read from a printed copy, a PDF is also available. If you find that a part of Genie isn't matching up with a section in your printed manual, ensure that you have corresponding versions of the manual and the program.
3. Online Support Form
Entering your query in this web form is an easy way to lodge support queries. An email with your entered details is sent to us automatically, allowing us to respond as soon as possible.
4. Phone Support
Inevitably there will be some problems that can only be resolved through conversation with a Genie staff member.
5. Remote Access
If available (in your practice), Genie may be able to remotely access your system to attempt to diagnose your issue.
6. Onsite Support
If, after exhausting the above options, you feel that you require onsite assistance, Genie will happily arrange this. We have agents or staff in all capital cities. Onsite visits are charged under the following arrangements:
- Travel expenses: cost recovery
- Labour: $150 per hour
The minimal chargeable visit is $150.
